Randomized clinical trial conducted in India with 125 participants with chronic migraine. The study evaluated whether greater occipital nerve block, combined with topiramate, helped reduce monthly headache days. The treatment groups showed significant improvement, especially in achieving at least a 50% reduction in headache days by the third month.
